By using ZibaDesk you agree to these terms. We have written them in plain English. If anything is unclear, email info@zibadesk.com.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for any activity under your account. Don't share your password and don't use someone else's account.

Acceptable use

Use ZibaDesk for running your beauty business. Don't use it to send spam, run scams, store illegal content, or break the law in your country.

Subscription & payment

Paid plans renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel any time from settings; you keep access until the end of your billing period. Refunds are issued on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of purchase.

Service availability

We work hard to keep ZibaDesk online 24/7, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance is announced in advance.

Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months. ZibaDesk is provided "as is" — we are not liable for lost profits or indirect damages.
