Yasmin Beauty Studio
A multi-language beauty studio in Australia runs entirely in Persian — and her customers love it.

Die Herausforderung
Yasmin's clientele is predominantly Persian-speaking. Every salon platform she tried was English-only — including SMS templates and the booking page. She wanted reminders in Persian (with the Persian calendar) and a booking page her customers could actually read.
Einrichtung Schritt für Schritt
Step 1 — Persian as the salon default
Settings → Language → Persian. The entire interface flipped to RTL: navigation moved to the right, text right-aligned, dates rendered in the Jalali calendar (1404, not 2026), and currency switched to Toman with Persian numerals (۱۲۰،۰۰۰ not 120,000). Receipts and reports inherited the same.
Step 2 — Localised service catalogue
Yasmin entered service names in Persian: «اصلاح ابرو», «لمینت مژه», «هایلایت». Each service kept an internal English alias for reports — useful when Yasmin's English-speaking accountant needs to read them.
Step 3 — Persian-first public booking page
reserve.yasminbeautystudio.com auto-displays in Persian for visitors with Persian browser language; falls back to English otherwise. The 4-step booker (services → time → details → payment) became right-to-left automatically. Service photos render unchanged.
Step 4 — Persian SMS reminder templates
Yasmin used the built-in Persian reminder templates verbatim. The 24h reminder reads: «یاسمین عزیز، نوبت شما فردا ساعت ۱۴:۳۰ است. در صورت تغییر، لطفاً ۲۴ ساعت قبل اطلاع دهید.» — exactly how a Persian-speaking salon owner would write it.
Step 5 — WhatsApp connected (preferred channel)
Most of Yasmin's clientele use WhatsApp far more than SMS. She set WhatsApp as the primary reminder channel and SMS as fallback. Conversation rates jumped — clients reply to confirm or reschedule directly in WhatsApp.
Step 6 — Loyalty in Persian (Toman pricing)
Tier names "Bronze / Silver / Gold" localised to «برنزی / نقرهای / طلایی». Points accumulate against Toman amounts. Tier-up SMS goes out in Persian.
Step 7 — Mixed-language team
Yasmin's receptionist prefers English. Each device remembers its own preferred language — same salon, two languages — without changing the customer-facing display.
Step 8 — Custom domain
Yasmin connected reserve.yasminbeautystudio.com (a CNAME pointing to ZibaDesk). SSL is automatic. Customers see Yasmin's domain in the browser bar, not a ZibaDesk subdomain — important for brand trust.

My customers thought I built the system myself. That's how natural the Persian feels.
