ZibaDesk

Applications iOS & Android

Run your salon from your phone — full feature parity with the desktop version.

Download ZibaDesk from the App Store or Play Store. The mobile apps support every feature — POS, calendar, customers, reports, settings — and work offline. Sync resumes the moment you're back online.

A salon you can't check from your phone is a salon you can't leave. Our native apps let you run the business from anywhere.

Étapes

  1. 1. Download the app

Search "ZibaDesk" on the App Store or Google Play. The app is free; you sign in with the same account you use on the web.

  2. 2. Sign in

Use the same email and password you set up for the web. Or sign in with Apple / Google. The app remembers you across sessions.

  3. 3. Pick your salon

If you manage multiple salons, pick the one to work with. Switching is one tap from the Settings menu — no need to log out and back in.

  4. 4. Set up your home screen

iOS: long-press the ZibaDesk icon → "Add Widget" for an at-a-glance view of today's bookings on your lock screen. Android: drag the bookings widget from the widget tray.

  5. 5. Use offline

No signal? Take sales, view bookings, edit customers: everything keeps working. Changes sync when you're online again. The icon shows a small "syncing" badge while it catches up.

  6. 6. Push notifications

Get notified instantly when a new online booking comes in, when a customer replies to a WhatsApp / SMS, or when a payment fails. Configure which to receive under Settings → Notifications.

FAQ

Are the apps native or wrapped websites?

They're built with Capacitor — a native shell around our React UI. UI behaviour matches iOS / Android conventions (haptics, keyboard handling, safe-area insets), and we use native plugins for camera, NFC, biometrics, and notifications. Not a webview-only experience.

Will the app drain my battery?

No more than a typical productivity app. We don't poll the server in the background — push notifications are used instead. A typical 8-hour shift with steady POS use draws ~15–25% battery on a recent iPhone.

Does the iPad version look different?

Yes. On iPad and large Android tablets, we render a desktop-class layout (calendar with full week, multi-column POS) so you don't feel cramped. The app auto-detects and adapts.

How do I print receipts from my phone?

AirPrint (iOS) / Mopria (Android) are supported for receipt printers. We also pair via Bluetooth with most thermal printers (Epson, Star, Bixolon).
