On list prices, yes. ZibaDesk Pro is A$19.99 a month and includes route optimisation and up to five groomers. MoeGo lists its mobile grooming plans in US dollars at US$49 (Basic), US$99 (Growth, where route optimization and multi-van scheduling start) and US$159 (Ultimate), as shown on its pricing page on 22 October 2026. SMS messages on ZibaDesk are paid as you send them.
Does ZibaDesk have route optimisation like MoeGo?
Yes. The Route view shows the day's stops with the drive between each, and Optimise route proposes the shortest order and the start times that follow. Nothing changes until you apply it, and each moved client gets a new confirmation. Online booking also only offers times where the drive fits.
Can several groomers or vans share one account?
Yes. Pro covers up to five staff and Ultra unlimited staff. Each groomer has their own column on the calendar and their own route for the day.
Can I take deposits and charge no-show fees?
Yes. Connect your own Stripe account and choose, per business, a deposit, full payment up front or a card saved at booking. Your cancellation policy sits above the confirm button with the actual cut-off for that booking filled in, and clients tick that they have read it. If someone does not show, charge the no-show fee to the saved card from the appointment; deposits come off the bill on the day. Clients can reschedule or cancel from their confirmation link only up to your cut-off.
Can I run a grooming shop and a van together?
Yes. Add the van as a mobile location next to your shop on Ultra (up to five locations). Clients choose where they want the groom, each location has its own hours and prices, and route planning applies to the van.
How do I move my clients from MoeGo?
ZibaDesk imports clients and services from a spreadsheet file. If you can export your client list from your current software, import it in Settings, then add your grooms and size bands and share your new booking link.
Does ZibaDesk do daycare or boarding?
